Tracy Lucas

Tracy Lucas is a Managing Broker in the Brokerage Division of Kiemle Hagood, one of Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Tracy is a licensed REALTOR® who has been with the Company since 1990, specializing in the sale, leasing, and development of Industrial real estate. Prior to joining Kiemle Hagood, Tracy worked with the City of Spokane for five years.

In 1983 Tracy graduated with an Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from Spokane Community College. In November, 1996, he received the Certified Commercial and Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. CCIM Designee, Certificate Number 6759 – Member from 1996 through 2015.

In addition to handling numerous industrial listings and a solid client base, Tracy has developed a database for the local industrial market – the only comprehensive one currently available in Spokane. With this data, Tracy is better able to serve his clientele by providing up-to-date information on vacancies, absorption rates, etc.
