Tony King

Tony King is a Commercial Property Manager with Kiemle Hagood, the Inland Northwest’s largest commercial real estate and property management firm. With more than three decades of experience, Tony brings deep expertise in property operations, regulatory compliance, tenant relations, and financial oversight across both commercial and multifamily portfolios.

Tony joined Kiemle Hagood in 1993 as a Community Manager in the Multi-Family Department. In 2008, he advanced to Assistant Property Manager at the corporate office, supporting a broad range of operational functions for five years. He later served as Field Operations Manager before being promoted to Property Manager. In that role, he was responsible for the full property and financial management of diverse multifamily assets, including tax credit communities and HUD-subsidized housing for elderly residents, low-income families, and individuals with physical or mental disabilities, special needs, or HIV/AIDS.

Today, Tony focuses on the management of commercial properties, leveraging decades of hands-on experience to ensure operational efficiency, strong tenant relationships, and well-maintained, compliant real estate assets.
