Richard Fox

Richard Fox is a Broker in the Commercial Brokerage Division of Kiemle Hagood, one of the Inland Northwest’s premier real estate firms specializing in the sales, leasing, and management of commercial and investment properties. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive client service, he has built a strong track record of negotiating complex transactions across a diverse range of property types. His approach is rooted in creating lasting value and exceeding client expectations through thoughtful, data-driven strategies. Richard holds both a Bachelor of Arts & Science and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, he served as a Commodity Trader for Shell Energy North America and as a Private Banker with Washington Trust Bank, advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated financial strategies. Beyond his professional work, Richard is deeply engaged in the community and has served on multiple boards and is also along time broadcast commentator for Gonzaga University Men’s Basketball. A former collegiate athlete at Colorado University and Gonzaga University, Richard competed in the NIT and two NCAA Tournaments, and continues to share his passion for the game with fans across the region.
