Micaela Kostecka

Micaela Kostecka is the Director of Marketing at Kiemle Hagood, one of the largest commercial real estate and property management companies in the Northwest Intermountain region. Micaela leads all aspects of marketing, brand, digital strategy, creative direction, and corporate communications. She joined Kiemle Hagood in 2023 with a strong background in design, real estate marketing, and multimedia storytelling.

In her current role, Micaela oversees the creative development and execution of brand and marketing materials for commercial property listings, corporate initiatives, and internal operations. She brings 10 years of experience across digital marketing, creative direction, graphic design, photography, and video production, including 6 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
