Mark Lucas

Mark Lucas is a Broker in the Brokerage Division of Kiemle Hagood, one of Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Mark has been in Brokerage for 40 years and Kiemle Hagood for the past 30 years, specializing exclusively in commercial sales and leasing.

He is one of the very few Spokane REALTORS® who have been accepted into the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® organization. This organization is an excellent source of leads from out of town companies, which is why he plays an active role therein. Mark is currently a member and past President of Spokane Real Estate Traders’ Club. In addition to handling his numerous transactions and pursuing client satisfaction, Mark is actively involved with many local trade organizations.
