Lori Troyer

Lori Troyer is a Senior Property Manager in the Commercial Management Division of Kiemle Hagood, Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate company. With the division overseeing more than five million square feet of commercial real estate across the Inland Northwest, Lori plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Since joining Kiemle Hagood in 2001, Lori has built a diverse career, serving as a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist and Community Association Manager before transitioning to the Commercial Management Division in 2015. A licensed Real Estate Professional in Washington State, she brings both technical expertise and a client-focused approach to her work.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in 1985. She is deeply engaged in her community, serving as Providence Portfolio Lead for Spokane, Stevens County, Central Washington, and Western Montana, and is an active member of the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE).

Her commitment to sustainability is reflected in her achievement of the LEED Green Associate Credential in 2021. Beyond her professional life, Lori enjoys equestrian pursuits and is a proud member of both the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) and the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA).
