Lance Bacon

Lance Bacon joined Kiemle Hagood in 2017 and is a Licensed Managing Broker in the State of Washington. Lance was one of the founding members of NAI Tri-Cities before joining Kiemle Hagood, and previously worked for Windermere Commercial Real Estate serving the Tri-Cities area. As a life long native to the community, Lance knows the area and its properties and brings a wealth of knowledge from his seven years of Title and Escrow experience at Benton Franklin Title Company. During this time Lance built strong relationships with local city and county officials, which he still maintains. Lance specializes in all aspects of the market including Leasing, Sales and Investments.
