Kim Floyd

Kim joined Kiemle Hagood in 1995 as a Loan Coordinator for the Community Building Division, setting a strong analytical foundation through her experience determining creditworthiness, ensuring lending compliance, and performing detailed underwriting. Subsequent positions included Community Association Manager and Architectural Committee Administrator for various homeowner and condominium associations in the Spokane area. Kim is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington and joined the Commercial Management Division in July 2016, where she currently manages more than 15 commercial retail and office buildings.

As a Commercial Portfolio Manager, Kim provides a high level of expertise with a skillset that includes sophisticated financial analysis, complex expense allocations, and precision in annual budgeting and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation processes. Kim was honored as the 2025 Kiemle Hagood Property Manager of the Year, known for her skill in exceeding ownership goals, increasing revenue, and reducing expenses through strategic management.
