We don’t invest in commercial real estate to create a second job for ourselves. Unfortunately, that’s what too many of us do. After I bought my first income property, I believed that self-managing saved money. I fixed toilets, handled the landscaping, and collected rent. If a problem occurred, I was the only line of defense.

As my portfolio grew, so did the workload. Emergency calls interrupted my daily responsibilities, which impacted deals I was working on for clients. They also disrupted vacations and family outings. I soon came to my sense sand turned over management to Kiemle Hagood. It was the best decision I ever made regarding my properties. Almost overnight, the headaches related to investment real estate seemed to vanish. They were still there, of course, but now a team of professionals handled them for me. I was free to focus on other pursuits.

When the opportunity to lead Kiemle Hagood’s commercial management team presented itself,I jumped at it. My career had led me through property management, brokerage, and real estate investing. It was a perfect fit. If you’re looking for help with your investment properties, I hope you’ll call.

I’d love to share how our team can make life easier for you!
