Carl F. Guenzel is a Broker in the Kiemle Hagood Brokerage Division, one of Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Carl is licensed in both Washington and Idaho, specializing in commercial and retail sales and leasing, with extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation. Carl joined Kiemle Hagood in November, 1996 and has been one of our top producers for the last 28 years.
