Michael Petrillo is a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Kiemle Hagood, bringing over eight years of experience in residential real estate, land development, and project management. Licensed in Washington since 2017, Michael spent the majority of his career with Windermere Group One—the Tri-Cities’ largest residential brokerage—where he specialized in resale, new construction, land development, and complex rezoning efforts. Michael worked closely with property owners, municipal staff, and community stakeholders to maximize land value, using his sales, networking, and public speaking skills to build support for projects and navigate city council proceedings.
Before entering real estate, Michael served as an Airborne Infantry Paratrooper in the U.S. Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. His background in the military, construction, and project management has instilled a results-driven mindset and a hands-on approach to every deal.
When he’s not working, Michael enjoys golfing, RV trips with his family, fixing up his house and yard, and cheering on his twin 8-year-old daughters and 5-year-old son in their sports activities. He has been married for 12 years and is deeply invested in the local community.
