Kim joined Kiemle Hagood Spokane commercial property management team in 1995, working for many years in the Community Building Division as a Loan Coordinator. Kim has a solid background determining credit worthiness, lending compliance and underwriting. She was a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator from 2015-2017. For eight years, Kim was the Architectural Committee Administrator for a large homeowner association managed by Kiemle Hagood. In 2014, Kim became a Community Association Manager, assisting in the management of six condominium and five homeowner associations. Kim is a licensed REALTOR® and joined the Commercial Management Division in July 2016. She currently manages over 24 commercial retail and office buildings, and is currently working towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.EDUCATION
