Kim joined Kiemle Hagood Spokane commercial property management team in 1995, working for many years in the Community Building Division as a Loan Coordinator. Kim has a solid background determining credit worthiness, lending compliance and underwriting. She was a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator from 2015-2017. For eight years, Kim was the Architectural Committee Administrator for a large homeowner association managed by Kiemle Hagood. In 2014, Kim became a Community Association Manager, assisting in the management of six condominium and five homeowner associations. Kim is a licensed Real Estate Broker and joined the Commercial Management Division in July 2016. She currently manages over 24 commercial retail and office buildings, and is currently working towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
