Erik Nelson is a Managing Broker for Kiemle Hagood, one of Spokane’s largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Erik joined Kiemle Hagood in October 2006. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson Idaho, Erik specializes in sales, investment properties and landlord and tenant representations. Erik is part of a three-person team that had transaction volume of $157 million of commercial property in 2023.
