Dominic Dickerson

Dominic is a commercial real estate professional with a diverse background and a passion for the Spokane area. Originally from Colorado, he played college soccer at Seattle Pacific University, where his team won the NCAA Division II National Championship in 1993. After briefly playing semi-professional soccer, Dominic transitioned to a successful career in the tech industry, spending nearly 20 years (Salesforce, Okta, et al) selling SaaS solutions and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with enterprise businesses. Pursuing a new challenge, he turned his focus to real estate after purchasing rental properties, leading to a career transition into commercial real estate.
With almost 15 years of living in Spokane, Dominic is deeply invested in the local community, enjoying golfing, and spending quality time with his wife and twin boys. Drawing from his competitive drive, client relationship skills, and extensive business experience, Dominic is committed to helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals.
