Ashley Lane is a Senior Commercial Property Manager for Kiemle Hagood in Spokane. Kiemle Hagood is the region’s largest property management and commercial real estate company. Ashley is a licensed REALTOR® and has more than eight years of commercial property management experience. In her career, Ashley has managed over 7.1 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial property, over 0.5 million square feet of unincorporated land, and assisted in the management of an additional 1.2 million square feet of property. Ashley joined Kiemle Hagood in 2021 and currently oversees a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties.
Prior to her career in real estate, Ashley studied voice performance at the Manhattan School of Music and performed opera professionally. She has also studied psychology and worked with adults and children with special needs. She enjoys volunteering and has traveled to Rwanda, Kenya, India and Nepal to assist local communities in need. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts and spending time outdoors.
