Gunnar Knutson is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Kiemle Hagood, the Inland Northwest’s largest property management and commercial real estate company. Gunnar joined Kiemle Hagood in Fall 2025 and is a proud Weber State University graduate. Originally from Spokane, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Economics in 2023. During his time at Weber State, he competed on the Men’s Golf Team from 2019–2024, earning Academic All-Conference and Athletic All-Conference honors in the Big Sky Conference.
Before beginning his brokerage career with Kiemle Hagood, Gunnar spent two years in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City working in territory sales supporting golf course development and municipal green-space projects. This experience strengthened his background in relationship building, client services, and project coordination, skills that translate directly into his work in commercial real estate. Gunnar recently returned to Spokane with his wife, and they are thrilled to be rejoining the local community.
