Terri Lonam is a Senior Regional Property Management for our Multi-Family Division here at Kiemle Hagood, one of the largest commercial real estate and property management companies in the Northwest Intermountain region. Terri, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington, has built a reputable 12-year career in Affordable Residential Housing, with experience spanning from Property Management, compliance with HUD RD, Tax Credit Certifications, and Regional Management Oversight. After managing properties across Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Western Washington, Terri is thrilled to return to her hometown of Spokane, WA by joining the Kiemle Hagood Team.
