Craig Hunter is a Broker in the Kiemle Hagood Brokerage Division, one of Coeur d’ Alene’s largest property management and commercial real estate companies, he is a licensed REALTOR® in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Craig grew up on a ranch in Montana and moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1987. His work experience has been in construction, property management, retail management and sales training. He received several awards, including the top salesman in his field in the nation in 1993. In 1994 he accepted a position as the National Manager of Retail Programs of a major manufacturer in the San Diego area. He moved back to Coeur d’Alene in 1997 to pursue a career in commercial real estate. In 2004 he achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is experienced in acquisitions, development, construction, leasing and ownership. He has the skills and knowledge to evaluate any investment project to maximize the return for his clients. Craig served on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Inland Northwest Chapter for two years. He has been President twice of the Coeur d’Alene Traders Club. He has received many awards including The Top Commercial Agent in the State of Idaho by Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2014, 2019 and 2021. In 2024 he moved to Kiemle Hagood to pursue more opportunities both regionally and nationally and better exposure for his clients. He has had a consulting business for the past 15 years to help clients who may not want to sell projects but want to maximize it’s cash flow and value. He is licensed in Idaho, Washington and Montana. In his off time he enjoys traveling in his motor coach exploring America, college football and softball, fly fishing, golf, boating and hanging out with his wife, kids and grandkids. In 2009 he got his private pilot license which was on the top of his bucket list since he was young.
