- A Providence Health Care Facility in Tri Cities faced the possibility of rescheduling patients at one of their medical facilities when a water heater circulating pump failed.
The Solution
- Quick response by the property management and KHFS team to order and coordinate the installation of a critical replacement part, including a technician driving from Richland to Spokane to pick up parts overnight
Results
- As a result of the quick problem solving and action of our team, Providence avoided canceling procedures and were able to ensure their patients were treated without delay!
