Tony King

Property Manager

Tony has been employed with Kiemle Hagood since April of 1993.  He began his career as a Community Manager working in the field.  In September of 2008 he was brought into the Kiemle Hagood corporate office as an Assistant Property Manager and held that position for five years, then as the Field Operations Manager for one year and is currently a Property Manager for the Multi-Family Department overseeing eighteen properties with 639 units.

His responsibilities include the property and financial management of multi-family apartments, including market rate apartments and specialized HUD-Subsidized housing of elderly, low-income families and people with special needs, physical/mental disability and HIV/AIDS. 

Tony is a Washington State licensed REALTOR and has worked in the residential property management industry for 23 years.
